Try the farmer walk.
Pick up a pair of weights and carry them at your side. As you carry them create a proud chest and don’t allow the weights to rest on your side. Start off with a load the you can handle for 50 yards, rest for 1-2 minutes, and repeat for 3 total rounds. This can be added at the end of your training session as a finisher to put a smile on your face.
