Put a Smile on Your Face

Are you up to trying something different for your next walk? How about doing something that will put a smile on your face?  
Try the farmer walk.

Pick up a pair of weights and carry them at your side. As you carry them create a proud chest and don’t allow the weights to rest on your side. Start off with a load the you can handle for 50 yards, rest for 1-2 minutes, and repeat for 3 total rounds. This can be added at the end of your training session as a finisher to put a smile on your face.

Performing farmer carries can improve your grip strength, create a stronger core, improve posture, work capacity, and build more muscle.
