On the Fourth Day of Fitness….

We know all too well how quickly the holidays can become stressful.  Our hope is that each day our posts will give you the opportunity to step back, laugh and give some thought into staying fit during such a busy time.  Above all, we hope the 12 Days of Fitness will enhance your holiday experience and make Christmas 2016 a memorable one.

When you go about getting into the holiday spirit try listening to your favorite Christmas tunes to help minimize stress.

In the past I have asked people on the HH Fitness Facebook Fan Page for their favorite holiday song.

Below are a few that were posted this year:

Casey H.: “Little Drummer Boy” – Pentatonix

Ronald W.: “What Child is this?” – Lindsey Stirling

Donna W.: “Silent Night” – Bing Crosby & Frank Sinatra

Stephen H.: “Winter Wonderland” – Rod Stewart & Michael Buble

Play these and get yourself into the holiday spirit with less stress.

I would really like to know what you enjoy to listen to during the holiday season. So, reply to my email letting me know your favorite holiday themed song.

FORGIVENESS

“Thank you for being faithful and just in forgiving us our sins and thus purifying us from all unrighteousness.” – 1 John 1:9
