6:00 am – Boot Camp (Monday – Friday)

7:00 am – Personal Training (Monday – Friday)

8:10 am – Boot Camp (Monday – Friday)

9:00 am – “Train w/ Me” option 1 (Monday – Friday)

10:00 am – Personal Training (Monday – Friday)

11:00 am – Personal Training (Monday – Friday)

12:00 pm – Boot Camp (Monday – Friday)

1:00 pm – “Train w/ Me ” option 2 (Monday – Thursday)

2:00 pm – Personal Training (Monday – Thursday)

3:00 pm – Personal Training (Monday – Thursday)

4:00 pm – Boot Camp (Monday – Thursday)

5:30 pm – Boot Camp ( Monday / Tuesday / Thursday)

6:15 pm – Kettlebell Boot Camp Starting January 22, 2018 ( Monday & Thursday )

Saturday options

6:00 am – “Train w/ me”

7:00 am – Endurance Training

8:30 am – Abs-Butt-Shoulders Boot Camp
