All participants are encouraged to select one training time. However, we understand you are busy individuals and events arise in you day, so you can attend the location and time that best fits your schedule.

Arrival Time: Each instructor will arrive on location and open the doors 10 minutes before the official start of the training session. This is a time to discuss any questions, comments, or concerns with the on-site trainer before the start of the training session.

Please know that our main focus is keeping our clients safe and healthy. Therefore, each session begins with a complete, warm-up emphasizing mobility and activation to best prevent unwanted injury and to allow for an effective session. Thus, late arrivals will not be allowed to workout without a proper warm-up. Individuals who are chronically tardy will be subject to membership suspension or termination, this is on a case-by-case basis.

Departure Time: Each instructor will remain for an extra 10-15 minutes after each session to address any personal questions or concerns.

Clients are encouraged to participate in the post-workout routine to best prevent nagging aches and pains and reduce soreness between workouts. However, this program caters to busy women and men, and we do understand if you need to leave immediately at the end of main workout. In this case, clientss are expected to perform their post-workout routines at another time for best results.

2.) Where are the Training Sessions Held?

3.) How long is each group training session?

Our large group personal training (bootcamp) program operates on a 48-week annual training calendar based on seasonal variations and corporate/school schedules. We offer 8-10 phases of group training sessions per year, each lasting 3-8 weeks in length.

4.) How does the Try-Out Process work?

HH Fitness uses a try-out to assess if our program is the right long-term fit for each client. If you are invited to join our program you will have the ability to choose from several membership options based on your current schedule and budget.

Lastly, all Try-Out members must attend an initial boot camp orientation. This orientation is meant to assess the current fitness level of each new Try-Out member and answer any questions or concerns prior to your first workout. Please refer to the Class Schedule and Annual Training Calendar for more details.

5.) How do I get invited into the program?

During the Try-out, we expect each member to attend at least 3 available training sessions each week. This shows us that you are serious about getting results. Exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis if the on-site trainer is provided with advanced notice of an impending scheduling conflict.

However, attendance alone does not guarantee an invite to our program. We want to see that you are having fun and are bringing positive energy to the group. Complainers and whiners are NOT welcome!

Bottom line- if you make as many training sessions as you can, work hard, and bring a positive mental attitude; you will put yourself in the best position to be a part of our program.

Special Note: If you have received a specific membership giveaway through a charity event or some other special promotion, the invite process will not apply until the end of this extended trial. Please make sure to hand in your special trial card with your initial registration form prior to your new client orientation.

6.) How much does the program cost?

HH Fitness offers a monthly membership program. Membership is based on a 48-week Annual Training Calendar. Clients are required to commit to a billing agreement at a membership level that best caters to their schedule and budget. Please note we try to find the program that fits your needs and goals and because of this we do not have cookie cutter pricing for our programs.

7.) What if I miss several session during the month?

You can attend the sessions during the week that fit your schedule best. If you are participation includes the Rapids Results Package you can attend up to 3 session per week. You will receive the at home program to fill the gaps from missed sessions due to illness, vacation, work meeting, family obligations, or any other unforeseen incidents.
